Description
Great for improving core control and strength and also flexibility and back health. You'll be given options appropriate to your skill and fitness level throughout the class.
Most, if not all, Matwork classes may incorporate props like the Foam Roller, Magic Circle and Thera Bands to help your body achieve maximum benefit from the session.
