SEMI PRIVATE Pilate Classes
Step 1: assessment
Your first Pilates consultation will either be an assessment and/or training session tailored around your goals, strengths and weak points. Medical conditions and injuries, such as chronic back complaints will be discussed before creating a plan for you.
STEP 2: Three-TO-ONE CLASSES
Description
These sessions are run in the main studio and will likely incorporate the Vertex Vibration trainer as well if your trainer feels there is a need.
A Pilates Studio session will incorporate a whole range of Pilates equipment such as the Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel, Spine corrector and Reformer plus floor exercises during a one hour tailor made session individual to you whereas a Reformer class is 50 minutes and a general total body Pilates workout not aimed at any one participant, but still very effective.
Pilates post rehab for injury or medical condition specific training. Particularly good for back conditions. Small group training for general fitness, toning and weight loss.
